Because we sell alcoholic beverages, returns are accepted only where the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Email info@golden747.com with your order number and a photograph of the item. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before they are marked Preparing.
